SLB Q3 2019 Report Available
The Softwood Lumber Board (SLB) recently published its 2019 Q3 Quarterly Report, which recaps the SLB’s progress in increasing demand for softwood lumber products and defending and growing markets. The SLB’s programs met and exceeded targets across the board and, in doing so, delivered benefits to the entire softwood lumber industry. Third-party analysis shows that the SLB’s programs in the third quarter of 2019 created 296 million board feet of incremental softwood lumber demand, bringing the SLB closer to the goal of 1.2 billion board feet of generated demand for the year.
